ConferencesThe Kingswell can cater for business meetings of up to 45 delegates. Our Meeting Room can comfortably accommodate 16 delegates board-room style, or up to 30 theatre style. The charges for the room are £75.00 for a half day and £100.00 for a full day. The charge includes use of flip charts, OHP, etc. Wireless internet access is also available. Tea and coffee served in the room are charged at £15.00 per pot. We can provide meals in our restaurant or lounge bar. Please see the Restaurant & Bar page for example menus. Alternatively we can provide a buffet in the meeting room, provided there are more than 10 delegates. If you require a day delegate rate then please contact us for a quote.
